The Illinois Audubon Society is governed by a Board of Directors, consisting of 10 to 14 At-Large members, chosen for the expertise which they can bring to the board, and a representative from each of the Chapters. The Board meets at least four times during each fiscal year. Day-to-day operations of the Society are managed by the Executive Director.
