Description
The Chicago Council on Science and Technology is a non-profit with a mission to expand access to science education and enhance science literacy in Chicago communities. We host public science education programs around the Chicagoland area on all manner of STEM topics, which are largely free to attend. Our programming comes in a variety of forms, including community events, science lectures and panels, tours at world-renowned institutions, to multi-week programs done in collaboration with other nonprofits and organizations. In the past 17 years, we have held nearly 400 programs with over 600 partner organizations!
We are very interested in strengthening our relationships with Chicago’s STEM community. If you are an organization interested in hosting or developing STEM programming with C2ST or if you’re a scientist interested in engaging with the public about your work, please feel free to reach out!
